Bad decision. . . At 6:00 this morning, it looked to me like I needed, very reluctantly, to cancel services today. I was especially concerned about the impact anticipated falling temperatures and predicted further snow would have on people trying to get home, especially senior adults. Only one other time, in over 30 years, have I ever canceled, completely, Sunday services. Looks to me like I wrongly picked the second time! Third Sunday of Advent is Joy Sunday. . . Bad snow decisions make that an uphill climb! Thankfully, real joy is largely independent of circumstances. It is much deeper than shallow snow.
